Description:

Our ST52 Q345B cold drawn precision steel tube is a high-stength, precision-crafted round tube for automotive applications. Cold drawn and honed for exacting tolerances, this tube features excellent dimensional stability, high tensile strength and smooth inner surfaces. Ideal for use in engine mounts, suspension components and other critical auto parts where reliability and performance are paramount.

Delivery Conditions	1. BK (+C)	No heat treatment after last cold forming process.
	2. BKW (+LC)	After last heat treatment there is a light finishing pass (cold drawing)
	3. BKS (+SR)	After the final cold forming process the tubes are stress relieve annealed.
	4. GBK (+A)	After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere.
	5. NBK (+N)	After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed above the upper transformation point in a controlled atmosphere.
Package	1. Bundle Packing.
	2. Plain end or vanished as per customer's request.
	3. Wrapped in waterproof paper.
	4. Sackcloth with several steel strips.
	5. Pack in heavy tri-wall boxes.

1. Incoming Raw Material Inspection
2. Raw Material Segregation to avoid steel grade mix-up
3. Heating and Hammering End for Cold Drawing
4. Cold Drawing and Cold Rolling, on line inspection

6. Straightening-Cutting to specified length-Finished Measuring Inspection
7. Machanical Testing in own labs with Tensile Strength, Yield Strength, Elongation, Hardness, Impact, Mictrostruture etc
